"Jana and I used Grand Valley ReMax / agent Mark Deering for the buying and selling of our homes. Mark was aware that we wanted to find a home before we even put ours up for sale. He showed us a limited number of houses based on the description of the type of house we were looking for. This eliminated a lot of wasted time touring houses we knew we wouldnt buy. Mark showed us four homes, one which we really liked, and we made a deal on it. The pressure was now on Mark Deering/ ReMAX GrandValley to sell our home at our price. He had only 30 days to sell it or this deal would fall through. Mark found a buyer for our house in two days. He started the beginnings of the paperwork envolved when the buyers suddenly backed out of the deal a week later. Mark now only had 21 days to keep the deal from dying. He found a firm buyer seven days later and at a higher selling price! We had a double closing five weeks later and moved into our new home. ""
